Vine room setup

     Experiments with lighting gave us some good results. By pointing the camera directly into the source of the light it darkens the surrounding area. This moves the main focal point onto the content. Pointing it into the light causes issues with the auto focus on the camera. To fix this we used a large object like below to focus on, and then remove it for filming. 


     Using a tripod to hold the camera above the light box made a nice circular shape. We used this as a base for are vines.


     We started by trying to capture the moment a drop of ink hit the paper and it quickly became more about the ink spreading and mixing.
