I used quite a dark exposure and a veriety of different angles. When the camera is looking up at the canvas it makes it look very important. Its obvious this is the main subject of the short film, however the dark exposure gives it a slightly ominous feel. Combined with the sounds of fire this could be an interesting mix.
As the film progresses the scenes will get brighter, reflectig on the creation of this imaginary fire. I will experiment with the final scene which will reveal the finished painting. It may be a bright or dark scene.
